3. Documents Needed for Establishment of Foreign Company The documents required for setting up a WFOE are listed as fallow:
1) Copies of passport of the investor(s) or business license of the parent company
2) Photocopies of the ID card or passport of the chief of the board
3) Bank letter of credit statement
4) Application Letter (Original)
5) At least 5 options of names
6) The resume, photocopy of the passport of the chief and 8 pieces of passport size photos of the chief of the board of the WFOE
7) Business scope and how long the WFOE is going to do business in China
8) Brief introduction of the foreign investor(s) including name, address and telephone number
9) Purpose and estimated investment
10) Total investment and registered capital
11) WFOE‘s operational structure and number of employees
